Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing data on Users' Devices using the Service for the purpose of providing electronic services by the Service Administrator.
§1 Definitions
- Service - the online service operating at adfusion.pl.
- External Service online services of partners, service providers, or service recipients of the Administrator.
- Administrator - AdFusion company, operating at: Ul. Ostrobramska 75C, 04-175 Warsaw, with tax identification number (NIP): 113-288-38-82, providing electronic services via the Service and storing and accessing information on the User's Device.
- User - a natural person for whom the Administrator provides electronic services via the Service.
- Device - an electronic device with software through which the User accesses the Service.
- Cookies - text data collected in the form of files placed on the User's Device.
§2 Types of Cookies
- Internal Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service's teleinformatics system.
- External Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by teleinformatics systems of External Services.
- Session Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service or External Services during a single session of a given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User's Device.
- Persistent Cookies - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service or External Services until manually deleted. These files are not automatically deleted after the Device session ends unless the User's Device settings are configured to delete Cookie files after the session ends.
§3 Security
- Storage and reading mechanisms - Cookie storage and reading mechanisms do not allow for the retrieval of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device. It is practically impossible to transfer viruses, trojans, or other malware to the User's Device.
- Internal Cookies - Internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users' Devices.
- External Cookies - The Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookie files from the Service's partners. The list of partners is included later in this Cookie Policy.
§4 Purposes of Using Cookie Files
- Statistical Data - The Administrator and External Services use Cookies to collect and process statistical data such as visit statistics, User Device statistics, and user behavior statistics. These data are collected to analyze and improve the Service.
- Social Media Services - The Administrator and External Services use Cookies to support social media services.
§5 External Services
The Administrator cooperates with the following external services, which may place Cookies on the User's Device:
- Google Analytics
§6 User Control Over Cookies
- The User may independently change the settings for storing, deleting, and accessing stored Cookie files at any time.

- The User may delete all stored Cookie files at any time using the tools of the User's Device through which they access the Service.
§7 Service Requirements
- The User may independently change settings regarding the storage, deletion, and access to stored Cookie files at any time.
- The Administrator is not responsible for any malfunction of the Service if the User restricts any form of Cookie storage and reading.
§8 Changes to the Cookie Policy
- The Administrator reserves the right to make any changes to this Cookie Policy without informing users.
- Changes to the Cookie Policy will always be published on this page.
- Changes come into effect on the day the Cookie Policy is published.
